Careba’s substation and distribution engineering services include:

Careba Power Engineers provides full engineering and design services for substation projects including planning, calculation, primary conceptual design, primary detail design, secondary detail design, relaying, metering, SCADA, equipment purchase specifications, construction specifications, relay settings and engineering services during construction. Careba has managed and executed interconnection studies throughout the country. Careba has provided the full scope of services required to execute the interconnection agreement including working directly with the utility to obtain and complete the interconnection application forms in a timely manner and developing the one-line diagram to depict the interconnection interface, substation and transmission line configuration and major equipment ratings.

Careba has provided engineering and design of several electrical power distribution systems for large commercial and industrial facilities and participated in the design of existing distribution system upgrades and expansion of manufacturing plants, pharmaceutical plants, refineries, hospitals, colleges and universities. Careba's services on distribution projects include many of the same services listed above for substation projects.
