Development Support
Careba has extensive experience providing Development Support services to clients developing gas fired simple cycle and combined cycle projects, coal fired projects, biomass projects, and LNG import terminals. Careba can provide a range of deliverables for Development Support projects including site plans, general arrangements, vendor evaluations, technology selection, performance assessments, cost estimates, electrical interconnection design and coordination, and preparation of major equipment and EPC bid documents.

Due Diligence
Careba's Due Diligence services are based on a phased evaluation of potential acquisitions to provide the most cost effective services to clients. During the initial phases of due diligence, Careba performs a general assessment of the project including performance, operations and maintenance, design issues, permit compliance, and major contracts. As the Client acquisition effort intensifies, Careba performs a detailed evaluation and works closely with the Client to ensure that the project pro forma accurately reflects the expected performance of the asset.

Failure Investigations and Expert Testimony
Careba has provided technical evaluations of equipment failures to assist owner's in developing root cause analyses and to support litigation efforts, and we have provided expert testimony in technical and other matters including property taxes. Our evaluations have also included reviews of contractor claims.
